"Disappointing Service and Incorrect Item Delivered"
I ordered two small dog coats, but instead got one small and one large. I attempted to reach out multiple times by phone, but no one picked up. So, I ended up sending the coat back myself, covering the shipping costs. Today, I got a message with a revised invoice that refunded the coat's price. No apology, no explanation, and they didn’t refund my postage. I'm really let down and won't be shopping at Petshopdirect again. Sure, Amazon might not be perfect with their taxes, but their service is way better.

I picked up Muddy Paws Stormguard coats for the two dogs I care for a few days each week.

They’re not fans of wearing coats, but with the recent weather, they’ve both put them on.

Fantastic value since they keep most of their bodies dry, and I just need to dry off their legs and heads.
